Service scope
VPA offers Agentic AI consulting: diagnoses, Finance, Strategy, Software and Research solutions, and accompaniment with method and evidence.
Deliverables
Each diagnosis or project defines its deliverables and scope at the start. We do not promise guaranteed outcomes or approvals.
Payments
B2B services have prices agreed by contract. The Academic Research line operates exclusively in Peru in Phase 1/2.
Refunds
Refunds are evaluated according to the progress of the work and the terms agreed in each project contract.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VPA will not be liable for specific commercial or academic outcomes resulting from the application of its solutions.
